Letters is where two different things live: the Annual Letter Delia writes about your year, and the letters you write yourself — to specific people, for specific days, sealed until then. Neither one asks you to sit down and write it all at once.

What it actually does

Delia writes you a letter about your year, in your own words, at the twelve-month mark — factual, quoted, nothing invented. You can also write your own letters to people you love, a little at a time, in conversation, and schedule them to arrive on a specific day — a wedding, a birthday — sealed until then.
